At Inner Wild, we take pride in the quality of everything we create and produce and package. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can review it quickly. Once reviewed, weโll work with you to make it right.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Inner Wild is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or others at your delivery address
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
